How can you not love these guys? Happy-go-lucky, full of enthusiasm and song. This light-hearted slot from The Games Company called Mariachi Mayhem really does bring a smile to your face, with its bright colours and lovable characters. We don’t think you’ll bore easily with this one, and our friendly Señors will be sure to keep throwing the pesos your way.

Played out across the standard 5x3 reel format and with 20 paylines, this slot blends in well with most video slots, with a medium variance and a competitive setup. The play area is decorated with multicoloured bunting and twinkling lights, typical of a village party in Mexico, all set against the evening sunset before the real party starts.

It’s easy pickings for those who hang with the Mariachi
There’s a Mariachi band dressed in traditional attire and classical guitars on hand to lull you into a sense of adventure. They are a happy, friendly bunch and bring with them the chance of some big wins.

Symbols throughout the game are a mix of the usual playing card symbols and four sombreros of varying colours, these make up the lower value set. For the high value symbols look out for the Mariachi band who award big bonuses randomly.

If the band pop up with dodgy grins across their faces you have activated one such random bonus, a wild will expand to fill a reel, and this can happen with wilds at any point across the grid. The symbols in this game vary in size, and can be regular or ‘mega’ sized, from four to nine positions on the grid. With an RTP of 95.54% you will see these bonuses more often than with other similarly featured slots around right now, though it could be better.

Wilds within this game are their typical selves, appearing across the grid to help make those winning combinations. Scatter-wise, get three or more to trigger a free spin - the free spins feature is triggered when you manage to get a significant number of scatters over a game.
