• You will then see a claimable bonus
• Press submit to enable the bonus

Does Bitcasino have a welcome bonus?

If I have activated a bonus, can I make a withdrawal?

No. If you have an active bonus/reward, you will not be able to make a withdrawal until it’s completed. You do have the option to forfeit your bonus if you wish to.

My bonus/reward disappeared. What happened?

If your bonus/reward has disappeared, this means you’ve either completed the bonus or it has expired.

Can I cancel my bonus?

Yes, your bonus/reward can be forfeited if you choose to do so. All you have to do is:

• Log in to Bitcasino
• Click on your username in the top right corner of the page to access your account settings
• Go to the Rewards tab and see if you have any rewards that are active
• Click on the active reward, then click on the Forfeit button

What is the Loyalty Club?

The Bitcasino Loyalty Club is where you can be rewarded for playing your favourite games. You can earn loyalty level points from real money bets and receive points for the games that you play, be it slot games or table games.
