Terms and Conditions - 'Three games. Three worlds. Three missions' promo

1. The “Three Games. Three Worlds. Three Missions.” is a Quickfire network promotion (the “Promotion”) available to all Bitcasino players from non-restricted countries between 00:01 GMT April 23, 2018 and 23:59 GMT May 1, 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is not available to the residents of the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.
3. The following main draw prizes worth €10,000 (“Main Draw Prizes”) are available to be won by players (collectively, the “Prizes”):
   - 5x cash prizes worth €500 each;
   - 10x cash prizes worth €200 each;
   - 55x cash prizes worth €100 each.
4. The following VIP draw prizes worth €10,000 (“VIP Draw Prizes”) are available to be won by players (collectively, the “Prizes”):
   - 1x trip to a destination of the winner’s choice, which includes costs of travel and accommodation and spending money worth up to the value of €5,000;
   - 5x cash prizes worth €1,000 each.
5. The Main Draw Prizes and the VIP Draw Prizes (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) are subject to availability.
6. Bitcasino reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for another of similar kind or value without giving notice.
7. The Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.
8. The cash Prizes are paid in millibitcoins (m฿) according to the rate at the time of their issue.
9. The cash Prizes have no wagering requirement.
10. All amounts in millibitcoins (m฿) are approximate and are subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
11. A player can enter the Promotion (“Entry”) during the entry period, as follows:
    - For every accumulated €100 real-money bets of any value placed by a player on the Goldwyn’s Fairies game during the Mission 1 entry period (“Mission 1”), the player will receive one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Main Draw Prizes.
    - For every accumulated €25 real-money bets of any value placed by a player on the Jungle Jim – El Dorado game during the Mission 2 entry period (“Mission 2”), the player will receive one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Main Draw Prizes.
    - For every time a player triggers at least 10 free spins (either initial or re-triggered free spins) on the Forbidden Throne game during the Mission 3 entry period (“Mission 3”), the player will receive one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win of the Main Draw Prizes.
    - For every Mission 1, Mission 2 and Mission 3 achieved by a player, the player will receive one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the VIP Draw Prizes.
    - Similarly, if a player achieves two Mission 1s, two Mission 2s and two Mission 3s, the player will receive two automatic entries into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the VIP Draw Prizes, and so on.
12. For clarity, for every Mission 1, Mission 2 and Mission 3 achieved by a player, the player will receive an automatic entry to win one of the VIP Draw Prizes, as well as three automatic entries to stand a chance to win one of the Main Draw Prizes.
13. Should any of the player’s Entries during the entry period be made using any bonus funds, or part thereof, from such player’s account held with Bitcasino, there shall be no restrictions or limitations placed on a player’s chance to win any of the Prizes or on the awarding of any Prize to the player should that player’s Entry result in the player winning a Prize.
14. There is no limit to the number of times a player can enter the Promotion to stand a chance to win one of the Main Draw Prizes or the VIP Draw Prizes.
15. The winning Entries for the Main Draw Prizes and the VIP Draw Prizes shall be selected at random, and the draw for the Main Draw Prizes and the VIP Draw Prizes shall take place on May 4, 2018.
16. Once the winning Entries have been selected at random, the winners shall be notified as follows:
    - The main draw/VIP draw shall take place on May 4, 2018. By no later than 18:00 on May 9, 2018, the players who have won Main Draw Prizes (“Main Draw Winners”)/VIP Draw Prizes (“VIP Draw Winners”) will be personally notified by Bitcasino of the win.
    - To claim their Main Draw Prize/VIP Daw Prize, each Main Draw Winner/VIP Draw Winner must notify Bitcasino that they accept the Main Draw Prize/VIP Draw Prize within 48 hours of being notified by the Bitcasino of their win.
    - There will be no re-draws made for the Main Draw Prizes//VIP Draw Prizes.
    - If issuing a Main Draw Prize/VIP Draw Prize is not possible, Bitcasino reserves the right to close the draw for the Main Draw Prizes/VIP Draw Prizes of the Promotion.
    
17. Once the main draw/VIP draw winners (each a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) have accepted all the Prizes, the Promotion will close and no further draws will be made.
18. The decision of Bitcasino regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
19. Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when they submit an Entry to enter the Promotion.
20. Bitcasino reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
21. Bitcasino reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
22. Bitcasino is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize.
23. Winners and players agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Bitcasino from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize offered, or participation in this Promotion.
24. The Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
25. Bitcasino may, with the Winner’s express consent, use throughout the world in all and any media the Winner’s entry (“Entry”) for marketing or promotional purposes on its website and social media channels during the Promotion Period and for a reasonable time afterwards (the “Specified Purposes”).
26. Should Bitcasino wish to use the Entry, it shall comply with all obligations under any applicable data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 1998, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data to which a party is subject, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the relevant regulatory body and shall obtain from the Winner:
    - express and exclusive permission to use any content therein (which may include the entrant’s name, image and likeness) throughout the world for the Specified Purposes;
    - confirmation that the Winner does not object to Bitcasino storing copies of the Entry, in whole or part, for the Specified Purposes or storing the Winner’s contact details for the sole purpose of contacting the Winner(s); or transferring part or all of the Entry and the contact details to a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular the Isle of Man, for the purposes set out in this paragraph 13 only;
    - acknowledgment that Bitcasino shall be under no obligation to use any part of the Entry and that the Winner shall not be entitled to receive any proceeds that may be derived from the Entry.
27. The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use is not permitted.
28. It is the players’ responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to take part in the Promotion in whichever jurisdiction they are placing real money wagers on Bitcasino website.
