Arcadia i3D represents an entirely new experience in gaming. To begin with, Arcadia is a dock-side factory with a production line that produces video game type characters.
The setup is like a factory, with bizarre 3D symbols coming out of five doors. Not only is the background and icons three-dimensional, the wins pop-upwards, birds fly overhead, and trucks will drive past.
Arcadia i3D is based on the all-ways 243 winning combinations system; hence, there are no conventional win-lines. This is a useful feature because icons don’t have to connect next to each other to win, and so there are more winning combinations; thus making it easier for players to identify their wins. The unique theme certainly looks confusing at first glance, though it only takes four or five spins before pülayers will become familiar with its unconventional gameplay – after that, they will find that this is a delightful slot to play.
As mentioned, Arcadia i3D features 3D characters in vibrant colours that truly pop off the screen, most noticeably in yellow, green and blue. There are aliens, buildings, automobiles, robots, barns, farm animals, dinosaurs, ghosts, planes and boats.
The alien is the wild symbol in Arcadia i3D, and this will replace all other icons except the robot symbol which is the Arcadia i3D's scatter icon.
Players will receive 1,000 coins for five alien wilds that fall on the reels, and 250 for four of them. The order of the regular icons in terms of value does not make much sense, but in ascending order they are:
The building, boat, monster truck and bi-plane make up the lower-value symbols. It is refreshing that for once, there are no paying card symbols that typically make up the lower-value ones.
The golden robot scatter icon has two roles. First, the robot scatter can activate the bonus feature, and this icon acts as a scatter. Landing five will bestow players 100 times their total bet, four will award 20 times their stake, and for three of them, players will receive 15 free spins.
When three or more of the orange alien wild icons land anywhere on the pay line, the free spin feature is activated. Three orange alien symbols will trigger 15 spins at twice their bet stake, four of them trigger 15 spins at four times the bet amount, and five of them trigger 15 spins at five times the bet. Plus, the feature can also retrigger the free spins later.
The visual graphics in Arcadia i3D are of a stellar high standard and really add tot he 3D impact the casino slot is attempting to convey. However there is a caveat, due to the 3D high graphics output, the gameplay was rather slow plus there was too much happening simultaneously after each spin had occurred.
Furthermore, the game's audio was highly repetitive and frustrating, and players will probably mute the this after a while of playing. However, Arcadia i3D is a uniquely fun and different kind of slot to play and one that every player, no matter their ability should give a go, if only to see the fantastic 3D graphics and hopefully experience the notably high potential payouts.
