Cashanova has five reels and thirty paylines, and most of the gaming takes place inside a luxury chicken house of all places. Powered by Microgaming, this cheeky barnyard-themed game’s most important symbols are the Roger Rooster, the game's wild, the Henhouse Magazine, the game's scatter and the Golden Leaf, a Bonus symbol.
How to play Cashanova
Before spinning the game’s colourful chicken-house reels, players should adjust their settings.
Symbols in Cashanova
The higher-valued symbols are a fountain, a monogrammed pipe, a white chicken and the house. As mentioned, the bonus symbols are a Henhouse magazine scatter, a golden key bonus, a fried egg scatter and Roger the Rooster who’s wild. The lower-value icons are represented by a range of ‘romantic’ symbols including some carefully arranged fruit, whipped cream, a bowl of berries, corn and some champagne.
While the game certainly has a touch of weird love, the main icon is undoubtedly Roger. This suave, smoking jacket wearing rooster takes on the lead role as he attempts to win the attention of Henrietta, a (according to Roger) beautiful hen.
Bonus Features on Cashanova
The Barn Bonus is triggered by landing three of the gold keys on the first, second and third reels. Players will then be taken to play a new game in a barn where they must select from a collection of nine objects. Each object reveals a cash amount, the key to the henhouse or a dog. Picking the dog will end the round prematurely, however locating the key will win players all prizes plus admission into the additional Get Lucky round.
The Get Lucky game is an additional ‘pick the object’ game, however in this instance there are only five objects to pick from.
Players who relish free spins in their game slots will not be disappointed. In Cashanova players will need to land three fried egg scatters anywhere on reels three, four or five will launch the free range bonus feature.
Initially, players will choose from three rows of fried eggs that will decide the number of free spins they will be awarded, the multiplier attached to the win and how many extra coins they win. Once the spins start, players will notice the payouts mounting up.
There’s not much wrong with Cashanova; there are enough features and visuals to recommend the game, yet the theme of a chicken house does seem perplexing. The Free Spins bonus does make up for the odd theme... players can not only get free spins, but multiplier wins that get regular payouts.
